Natalie is a Venture Partner at GreyMatter.
Natalie has over a decade of experience at the intersection of venture and healthcare technology. Her most recent experience includes leading strategic partnerships to payer partners at a technology-enabled mental health group, Grow Therapy.
Prior to her role at Grow, Natalie was an early stage investor at General Catalyst, where she focused on companies at the intersection of life sciences, healthcare, and technology. While at General Catalyst, she also directed Rough Draft Ventures, their pre-seed program focused on university entrepreneurs. There, she backed companies such as Spring Health, Memora Health, Ribbon Health, Biobot Analytics, and HumanFirst, among others.
Prior to General Catalyst, Natalie was a Platform Manager at Redpoint Ventures, and led portfolio development at Eniac Ventures. Natalie received a M. Ed from Harvard University and a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
Natalie grew up in Philadelphia and currently resides in Arlington, VA. She enjoys teaching yoga in her spare time, and can be found hitting the slopes in the winter.
